Shipping policy

• We are fast. Aiming to make and post your order within two working days (excl. pre-orders, customised orders). We qualify for Amazon Prime fast. 
  
• We post to most of the countries. All items are sent via our shipping partners RoyalMail/DHL/UPS. Your items may need to be signed for upon receipt. Customers outside the UK might be liable to import taxes, duties and/or value added tax in the country where goods are delivered in accordance with the laws in the country where goods are delivered.
  
  
• We post free of charge over £50. The free shipping is a standard service over £50/£60/60€ depending on your location.
  
  
• We are even faster. Upgrade your order to lightning speed. Need it next working day in the UK or in two days in the US? No problem, just place your order before 1pm if it is in stock, if not will be sure to make it within three business days for you. 
  
  
• Personal. For personalised goods we only require one additional business day to the times quoted below.
